We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
 • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
 • All original tags and packaging must be intact
 • Proof of purchase is required

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
 • Sale or discounted items
 • Customized or made-to-order pieces
 • Intimates, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

EXCHANGES

We offer one-time exchanges for size or style (subject to availability).
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item.

RETURNS

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
